Some honest progress

Today was a fun day, no grave problems. I wrote a wrapper for fmpq, and extended the wrapper for padic I started yesterday. A few minor things came up which I will talk about in my email tomorrow, and a few bugs where uncovered, but all in all things went smoothly. The two wrappers are in a state similar to fmpzxx: all arithmetic and some functions implemented, some details still to do (recall that this is still part of my "case study").
